Phone, Instant Message Support
Any support phone call or support instant message in excess of 10 minutes will be considered billable time. If the problem is determined to be server related and not caused by the client or client PC then this fee may be waived on a case by case basis. The billable time will start from the first phone call or instant message. Instant message billing will be adjusted if there are significant delays between replies. This is common when you have to run a Virus or Spyware Scan and may have to wait a long time before replying back.
The current rates are as follows:
0 min. - 10 min - No Charge
10 min - 15 min - $10.00
15 min - 30 min - $20.00
30 min - 45 min - $30.00
45 min - 60 min - $40.00
Each additional half hour will be $15.00
Late Fees & Account Suspensions
Fifteen Days Past Invoice Due Date
A late fee of $10.00 will be applied to the account
One Month Past Invoice Due Date
The website/email accounts will be suspended. There will be a $35.00 fee to reactivate the account.
Two Months Past Invoice Due Date
The website will be removed from the server. There will be a charge of $95.00 to recreate the account and upload the site back to the server.
You may loose your domain name if it's not renewed on time. Fees vary to try and recovered expired domains.
