To keep my pricing as affordable as possible, content updates and content management are offered as optional add-on services. This prevents Maintenance Plans from being bloated with costs for content changes you may not need every month. Many web design firms bundle content updates into their monthly plans, raising their prices three to four times higher. By separating content management from routine website maintenance, you only pay for the content updates you actually need, when you need them.

Yes, you will get a 10% discount if you prepay for an entire year.

No. All work is prorated to the nearest quarter-hour, so you’re only billed for the actual time spent. You’ll never be charged for a full hour if your update only takes 20–30 minutes.

Example:

At a rate of $75 per hour, a 30-minute update would cost $37.50, not the full $75.

In most cases, yes, you can still receive Website Maintenance even if your website wasn’t originally built by Upstate SC Web Design. We’ll first review what platform your site is on and determine which tools we can use to safely perform updates or content changes.

Please note that pricing is slightly higher for clients who are not using our hosting, since third-party hosting platforms often require additional time for troubleshooting due to different control panels, settings, and server environments.
